What we collect
- Support tickets: your name (if given), email, category, subject, and message.
- Subscriber emails: your email address if you opt in to updates.
- App ideas: your idea title, problem description, platform, and optional contact email.
How we use your data
- Support tickets are used only to help with your specific issue and improve our apps.
- Subscriber emails are used only to send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- App ideas are used to inform future features/apps and to contact you (if you provided an email) with follow‑ups.
Who can access it
Support tickets, subscriber emails, and app ideas are only accessible to the Devibrium team. They are not sold or shared with third parties.
Storage & security
- Data is stored on our server in a private area that is not publicly accessible.
- Ticket, subscriber, and idea records are encrypted at rest before being written to disk (AES‑256‑GCM with a server‑side key).
- Administrative tools are protected and require an admin token to access.
Retention & deletion
We keep data for as long as it’s needed for support and product development. You can request deletion of your ticket, idea, or email at any time.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe using the link in any update email.
- Ask us to delete your data by emailing Founder@devibrium.com.
